Your Happiness Retreat Programme

Over 6 weeks, we are going to focus on simple steps that you can take to build a solid foundation for happiness that will last a lifetime. 
 
Meeting every weeks, over 6 sessions, we will focus on a different quintet of happiness.  You’ll learn:
 
  • Why happiness comes from within.
 
  • What you need to do to build your happiness quotient. 
     
  • How shifting your viewpoint can shift your happiness quotient fast.
 
  • Which daily actions, which when repeated daily, will accelerate your happiness quotient.
 
  • How using these daily actions as building blocks, you will be able to plot the areas of your life that bring you the most happiness and joy and how to bring the other areas into balance and harmony.

Programme Details

This programme on building habits for happiness takes place over 6 weeks starting Monday 7th June at 7pm online via Zoom.  The programme is offered as a group training. 
 
Sessions are recorded and replays will be available if you are unable to attend any of the sessions on the day or if you would like to re-listen to the session. Each session will look at a different area of happiness and will include guided visualisation and practical techniques that are easy to add into your daily life.
 
There is also a private Facebook group where questions and positive stories can be shared in between the group sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the live sessions?
7pm on Monday 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th June,  and 5th and 12th July/
 
How long will each session last
Approx. 60 to 90 minutes.

I can't make the live sessions, can I still take part?
All the live sessions are recorded so you can listen to them at any time.
 
I'm very busy, how long will I need to spend each day practising the techniques?
Ideally spending just 15 minutes a day will help you get the best results.  Some of the techniques take literally minutes, others may require you to listen to a 15 minute recording. The training sessions will include a variety of techniques and you can choose the ones that fit best for you. The more you can practise the techniques the better the results.
 
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No, everything is provided. Some people like to buy a notebook to make notes and record their progress or you can print the worksheets that I provide and write on those.
 

A Little Bit About Katina

Hi, my name is Katina Chapman. I’m an award-winning hypnotist and a leader in the field of professional hypnosis.  I won Hypnotherapist of the year 2020/2021. In addition to having seen hundreds of clients, I work closely with the NHS supporting staff with wellbeing and teaching the skills of effective hypnotism and mindfulness. 

I am a Certified Hypnosis Instructor with the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapists (ICBH) and Certified Professional Hypnotherapist with the UK Centre of Excellence for NLP & Hypnotherapy Training. Certification and annual re-certification is administrated by General Hypnotherapy Register.
 
I am qualified in several different therapy services and incorporate the techniques that I believe will help each client achieve the best outcome for them in the shortest amount of time. In addition to hypnotherapy, this may be a combination of Mindfulness, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming (EMDR), Havening and/or Life Coaching. I regularly attend further training to learn the latest approaches in the science of Hypnotherapy and Neuroplasticity, (Neuroplasticity is the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganisation), so that I can apply the new tools and latest methods to my practice.
 
Since launching a private practice, I have personally helped hundreds of people from all over Norfolk and Suffolk from my offices based in Lowestoft and Norwich. I also offer appointments by Zoom.
 
As a experienced and registered Hypnotherapist, I help people change their lives. I help everyday people with everyday issues break free from unwanted habits or emotional worries.  They become calmer, more confident and find it easier to deal with any future problems as they arise.     
 
I have helped people control their IBS, lose weight and manage the menopause. I have also helped people overcome their fear of flying so they could take their first holiday in years, reduce stress levels to help them pass their driving test and regain confidence and motivation at work.
 
My clients get real results in three sessions, but more importantly, they have made lasting changes to their life and feel they are back on track and in control.

My services appeal to women who are ready to start to make a change and to move on.  They may be curious about whether this will work for them, when in the past nothing else has. By the end of our free telephone consultation, most clients tell me they are already feeling motivated and excited about making that change.  My clients leave their sessions with me feeling empowered, confident, and knowing that this will and is working for them. 
 
Typically, I work with eliminating stress and anxiety, insomnia, IBS relief, menopause relief, sexual issues, increasing confidence and empowerment.  
 
I also work with children from aged 8 to 18, this is mainly anxiety (tests, exams, general anxiety, and perfectionism), OCD and obsessive habits such as hair pulling or nail biting, and fears and phobias for example nightmares/fear of the dark, fear of dogs.
 
Other services, for men and women, include eliminating bad habits such alcohol reduction, anger management, weight reduction and helping people with pain relief.
 
People often refer to me as "The Happy Hypnotist" as I am always smiling.  I love what I do! Making a difference to my clients lives is what makes me want to put on bright colours and get out into the world with a big smile on my face. 
 
I'm also known as "The Empowerment Empress" because I help my clients 'reign' in their fear and self-doubt and have unbreakable confidence.  Of course with that confidence comes happiness and peace of mind!
